The move
Straight travel, one speed, no rotation. With four bedrooms the risk is repetition, so each is entered on a different axis — two along the length, two across it.

Straight travel, one speed, no rotation. With four bedrooms the risk is repetition, so each is entered on a different axis — two along the length, two across it.
The kitchen is the hinge. It is the only room the camera travels through rather than into, which is what lets the dining and living read as one space.
Nine shots across thirty-five seconds gives each room about four. Long enough to read it, short enough that nothing invites a second look at something that isn't there.
Every frame was checked against the original photographs before the file left. Nothing was added, removed or restyled; no opening became a wall and no furniture appeared that isn’t there.
B Rates
A traditional shoot for the same property starts around £250 and needs a date in the diary.
C Paying
A link to the property you’re marketing. Nothing else is needed.
Free, with no obligation. You see the work before any money is discussed.
The full film inside forty-eight hours. The invoice follows by email once you’re happy, payable by bank transfer within fourteen days.
The invoice comes by email with the bank details on it. There is no card checkout on this site and no payment details are collected here.
D Enquire
Send the photographs already on the listing. If you also have a floor plan, send that too: it lets the camera follow the real route between rooms instead of one inferred from the pictures, and the film is noticeably better for it.
No charge and no obligation. If you like it, the full film is £99.
